The purchase of this ticket ( wristband ) is valid only for one person and for personal use.
The use of this ticket for advertising or commercial purposes is not allowed without the written permission of the organizer.
Every sale is final and no exchanges are accepted.
Entrance is entitled to the purchaser of this ticket only by accepting and complying with the operating conditions & rules of the venue.
In case you lose or discard your ticket/wristband you will not be allowed to enter the event.
The carrying of glass bottles, metal cans, weapons, flammable materials, and other sharp and dangerous objects and dangerous inside the facilities is strictly prohibited.
The purchasers and their belongings may be searched upon entry of the event and any refusal to consent to such search may lead to a denial of entry without refund or any other compensation.
Possession of a ticket does not allow its holder to receive any drink or beverage without paying, unless the ticket says so otherwise. In the event that the ticket includes free drinks, then these are limited to the number of free drinks stated on the ticket. Any additional drinks/beverages must be purchased at the event.
The use of audiovisual media {photo & video recording of the event or part thereof) is strictly prohibited. The purchaser shall accept that the organizers will have the right to inspect for any of the above.
The organizers are not responsible at any point for accidents or damages to materials and objects resulting from the misbehavior of the public, or otherwise, which has occurred prior, during or after the event or performance.
The organizers reserve the right to change the date, time and venue of an event. In this case the tickets are not refundable but are still valid.
In the event of cancellation due to strikes, government restrictions, force majeure, weather conditions etc., the organizers reserve the right to change the date, time and venue of the event. In such case the tickets are not refundable. Otherwise, in the event of cancellation of the event for any reason other than the ones stated above, tickets will be refunded within time and place which will be announced to the public by the media and/or our website and/or social media. An event or performance is not considered “cancelled” if it is stopped at any point after 90 minutes have passed from the opening time of the event or performance, as this is stated on the ticket.
The organizers, organizers’ employees and security personnel have the right to refuse admission to or remove from the venue, without providing any refund, any person who affects the smooth progress of the event, acts disorderly, uses vulgar or abusive language or affects the right of the remaining spectators to watch, enjoy or participate at the event, with any bad or disturbing behavior.
The organizers’ employees and security personnel are in the venue in order to provide service, public safety and ensure the smooth running of the event. The public must always comply with the suggestions of the organizers’ employees and security personnel.
Balls, decoration items and other objects may fly into the venue during an event. The purchaser must stay alert at all times before, during and after the event and the performance. The purchasers voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and the purchasers waive any claims for personal injury or death against the organizers.
The purchasers agree that the event for which they have purchased tickets is a public event. They have no expectations of privacy in relation to their actions at the event. Parts of the event may be videotaped and/or recorded by the organizers. The holder of the ticket clearly states that any appearance (visual, audio or otherwise) of him/her and his/her belongings on the filming or videotaping or recording of the event by the organizers will not affect his/her personality or any other rights and therefore will have no claim against the organizers. Specifically, the purchasers grant permission to the organizers and their representatives to use such material for any purpose and any manner, without the need of further authorization.
If during the purchase of the ticket the purchasers have not received a confirmation of their ticket it is their responsibility to confirm via the organizers’ customer service or otherwise whether or not their order has been placed. The organizers will not be held responsible for any loss if an order has not been placed due to the purchasers’ failure to receive confirmation.
Sometimes there may be opening acts, guests or festival performers who accompany and perform at events or alongside of headlining performers. The organizers are not always aware of the duration of such performances and they are not to be held liable for any change or cancellation of such performances. Such cancellations may happen at any time and without providing notice to the purchaser. The purchaser shall not be entitled to a refund if such opening act is changed or canceled.
The re-sale of tickets is prohibited. In the event that the organizers have grounds to suspect that a purchaser has proceeded to re-sale of tickets without the prior written consent of the organizers then the said tickets shall be cancelled and/or seized without any compensation.
Submitting a ticket order indicates the purchasers’ agreement to the present terms and conditions.
The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and in their sole discretion.
These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any dispute that may arise the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction.
